I have counselled people from all walks of life (surgeons, managers, truck drivers, sales executives, miners, accountants, teachers, nurses, administrative assistants, students, etc) and the one thing that remains the same is they are all just normal people trying to live a happy and fulfilled life but something went wrong in their career, relationships, health or finances.
